human capital initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation across the APAC
region. Throughout her career spanning Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, she has
established a proven track record of aligning people strategies with global corporate objectives.

Currently, Yin Ying serves as the HR Lead for the Portfolio and Technology Team at BASF in Kuala
Lumpur, where she leads global and regional frameworks for HR service delivery and process
transformation. Prior to this, she held senior leadership roles at global financial institutions, including
serving as Senior HR Business Manager and APAC Talent Acquisition Lead at Deutsche Bank Asset
Management, as well as Senior Regional Talent Acquisition for Bloomberg L.P.
