Nadine has over 15 years of experience across the utilities and retail industries, with expertise spanning the full talent management cycle — including recruitment, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Throughout her career, she has led various people-focused initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational capability and enhancing employee experience.

She currently serves as the Head of Talent Development and Engagement for SM Fashion, one of the Philippines’ leading retail organizations.
