Lorella “Rhia” Hierras, is a seasoned HR Professional with extensive experience in strategic and operational human resources across fashion retail, manufacturing, shared services, and international organizations. She currently serves as Director – HR & Administration at Skechers USA Philippines, where she leads HR initiatives supporting both corporate and retail operations. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee benefits, performance management, HR systems, process improvement, project management, and HR analytics.

Throughout her career, Rhia has held HR leadership and specialist roles with organizations including the United Nations World Food Programme in Rome, Italy, Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre, Star Cruises, and various Philippine-based companies. She has led major HR transformation and systems projects involving Workday, SAP, payroll system, HR service management, and talent management, as well as workforce expansion and shared-service transitions. She holds a Strategic HR Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in human resources development from the College of the Holy Spirit Manila.
