Eric is a seasoned HR leader with over 30 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and people management. As Vice President of Human Resources at Nissan Philippines, he has led initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, total rewards, leadership development, and employee experience. He is a Certified Executive Coach and DDI-certified facilitator, with extensive experience developing leaders, building high-performance teams, and driving organizational transformation. His work in key talent acceleration has been recognized as a best practice by Nissan Asia & Oceania, reflecting his strong focus on building future leadership pipelines. Eric has received multiple recognitions, including two Nissan President’s Innovation Awards and the 2024 People Manager of the Year (Regional Exemplar) award from the People Management Association of the Philippines.
