Dina Sitopu is the People and Performance Director at Kraft Heinz Indonesia. Her immense experience in the field of HR for more than 20 years, with various levels and spectrum of HR, has led her to lead the people in the organization effectively from the head office, commercial, field, to the operation team, to achieve the vision in becoming a leader powerhouse and a top-tier employer of choice.

She has diversified leadership successes in leading the HR function which spans across various business areas, such as HR Director at Amcor Flexibles Indonesia for 2 years; People and Organization Director at Mars Incorporated for 4 years and handled various HR fields at Mars for 7 years before finally rejoining the company; and HR Senior Manager at Johnson & Johnson Indonesia for 5 years.

Dina was honored as Indonesia Distinguished Human Capital Leader Award 2024 by Economic Review, HR Leader of the Year in 2021 by HR Excellence Indonesia as a result of her successful career achievements in the industry. She is also a Certified Coach from International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a wife to a lovely husband and a blessed mom of 2 amazing children.

As an HR leader, Dina has demonstrated success in leading organizations and achieved numerous huge milestones and achievements in different business situations – building from scratch, business turnaround, and growth acceleration.
