          Enrique Antonio “Iks” Reyes is an inspiring HR leader with a diverse career journey. He began in the pharmaceutical industry after graduating in Pharmacy from the University of Santo Tomas, rising to Associate Director & Public Sector Lead at Merck Sharp and Dohme. Transitioning to the construction industry, he became Head of Marketing at HILTI, where he also trained and mentored emerging talents. In 2018, Mr. Reyes joined a joint venture of two leading appliance brands as Head of Digital Business, navigating significant digital strategy initiatives and critical projects during the pandemic. His career then shifted to HR, starting as a Leadership Development Consultant at Converge ICT Solutions, Inc., where he advanced to Vice President and Head of Talent and Organizational Capability Development and HR Operations.

              Delegate fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

              Delegate fees do not include the costs of travel, accommodation, or other expenses associated with attendance at the event.

              The organizers will constantly communicate with participants before, during, and after the event.

              The organizers are allowed to share important information (e.g. contact details) of participants to the partners or sponsors of the event.

              Photography and Recording:

              Attendees may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event.

              By attending, you grant the Event organizer the right to use, reproduce, and distribute any images or recordings of you for promotional purposes.

              Changes to the Event:

              The Event Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, speakers, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice.

              These terms constitute the entire agreement between the attendee and the Event Organizers.
