Abstract: A roadmap is a strategic plan that defines a goal or desired outcome and includes the major steps or milestones needed to reach it. It also serves as a communication tool, a high-level document that helps articulate strategic thinking—the why—behind both the goal and the plan for getting there. This topic will expound the idea that our life doesn’t stop after retirement, that’s why it’s so important to prioritize your needs and your wants. It will help employees or HR leaders revisit the following: Republic Act 10911 or also known as the Anti-Age Discrimination Act of 2016 and Section 4 of the Anti-Age Discrimination in Employment Act's Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) and the 8Rs in retirement that formulated. Ending with a quote of encouragement: "Your reason to retire can become your motivation to be of greater heights in life."
